AFM Scanner Upgrade Features

nPoint offers two and three axes closed-loop scanners that integrate easily with the Dimension™, Bioscope™ and Multimode™ atomic force microscopes from Veeco and the Q-Scope 250™ and Q-Scope 350™ from Quesant.

Our closed-loop systems offer scanning ranges up to 400 µm in X and Y axes and 100µm in the Z axis. They provide better than 99.95% linearity along with ultra low out-of-plane motion. These features significantly enhance the AFM capabilities while still delivering high resolution images.
