nPoint, Inc. is pleased to announce the addition of Dr. Richard Post to its Board of Directors. Dr. Post is the founder, Chief Executive Officer, and chairman of NEXX Systems, Inc. a semiconductor process equipment company focused on flip chip and wafer level packaging. Prior to founding NEXX Systems, Dr. Post was co-founder, chief executive officer, president, and chairman of Applied Science and Technology, Inc. (ASTeX), which became the leading supplier of plasma sources, microwave power supplies, and reactive gas generators.
